Background
The western blot is a very complex process where a lot of mistakes, that lead to non evaluable results, can happen.
Objective
The aim of this study is to compare different procedures and materials in terms of the best result.
Methods
Proteins are filled in a gel by electrophoresis and bloted on a membrane. Then they are supplied with antibodies and exposed in a special camera.
Results
Some procedures or materials are more useful than others and lead to a better evaluable result.
Conclusion
This work retains the best sequence of procedures, to be sure to get a reliable westernblot.
