I had the chance to spend the internship required for the TUMKolleg at the ad agency Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco. Goodby, Silverstein & Partners is an advertising agency located in San Francisco, with over 500 employees and clients that include got milk?, Hewlett-Packard, Frito-Lay/Pepsi-Co., Sprint, Yahoo!, Nintendo, Denny’s, the National Basketball Association, Netflix, Adobe, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Instead of doing a three week internship I was able to stay there for five weeks. In this time I improved my knowledge of html, CSS and got an inside view of an ad agency. The big challenge I completed was the establishment of a website for the TUMKolleg of the OvTG, Gauting. I hope this homepage gives others the possibility to understand what the TUMKolleg is.
